QESH Manager

Tasks

• Define procedures, rules and guidelines related to Quality, Environment, Safety and Health;
• Manage and coordinate departmental activities.
• Assure an up to date and working Quality Management System in accordance with the Company policy;
• Draw-up in and external audit program and perform audits and report to MT;
• Reporting of non-conformances, incidents and accidents, perform route cause analysis when required;
• Registration of work instructions, approved suppliers / sub-contractors, norms and standards;
• Define, assure and control performance of the project Inspection and Test Plans.
• Assure that inspections, examinations and calibrations are performed;
• Assure fulfilment of safety and environment regulations;
• Act as Ethics Compliance Officer / trustee & Sexual Harassment Prevention Officer (vertrouwens persoon volgens de ARBO wet) within the organization.

Authorizations

• Define of procedures, rules and guidelines in relation to QESH;
• Define in and external audit program and perform audits;
• Assure that non-conformances, incidents and accidents are reported;
• Demanding of corrective and preventive adjustments;
• Initiate improvements;
• Invite external experts in regarding Safety and Environment.

Responsibilities

• Efficient use of personal and materials;
• Correct and on time advising and escorting of the direction and MT;
• Correct and on time reporting / analyzing of the organizational achievements belonging to QESH;
• Safeguarding of an adequate QESH organization and internal control.
• Meet (inter-)national regulations, norms, standards and company procedures.

• Business orientated education (equivalent HBO) extended with QESH related courses
• VOL-VCA certified;
• Good command of the Dutch and English language (written and verbal);
• Good command of office automation programs (eg. Microsoft);
• Minimum of five years of experience in QESH Management in similar organization;
• Communicative, flexible, problem solver, self-confidence, team worker, multitasking.
